Any 1 nights stay will require full payment. Refunds will be given with advance notice of
cancellation 7 days prior to arrival, regardless of when reservation is made. There
are no exceptions.
We are
not responsible for Weather &/or Fishing conditions. Nor are we responsible
for unforeseen situations that may occur. There will be no exceptions!
